In the 1st year of this league, there will be a draft. It will start up a day after the league fills. The draft order will be randomized by a website. You will have 12 hours to make your pick when you're up, if you don't you will be skipped. There will be 14 rounds and it will be a snake draft, it will happen on these forums under the draft section. Draft picks can be traded. When you post your pick you must also post his contract. The most years you can give a player in the draft is 3 years. So, if I took Kevin Durant with the 1st pick I would post: With the first pick of the draft, the Washington Warriors select Kevin Durant,SF,OKC. 3 Years/$22.11 per year. Say a player has a negative player rating because they were injured, for example Kevin Love. Their salary will then be broken down into tiers. The tiers will go like this: 1-10: $13 million 11-20: $10 million 21-30: $9 million 31-40: $8 million and so on, after 1-10 it decreases by 1 million each time. Then, based on the players pre-ranking on ESPN's rankings found here: rankings you determine the player's salary. For example, since Kevin Love's player rating is in the negatives, you use this formula. ESPN has him preranked 9 so therefore his salary will be $13 million. Also use that rule if a player missed more than 41 games last season.
